- Your pick and choose which type of investment projects in which you wish to participate, Cash Flow or Development Projects
- The group will maintain separate funds for cash flow and development projects. It is your choice which, or both, in which you wish to be involved.

- Depending on the specific property or project, TerraNova dollars may be leveraged as much as 9:1. For every dollar of Fund capital, up to an additional 9 dollars of financing may be obtained, leveraging the group's assets exponentially.
- Profit Sharing in the Investor's Favor
- Investors will receive 100% return of their capital and their profits before the developer team shares in the project profits.
- Staged Funds Commitment:
- Partner commitment of funds will occur in separate stages. Only 25% of individual investor's commitment is due at the time of subscription.
