MANAGEMENT TEAM

The management team of TerraNova Investments, LLC. has collective experiences of over 200 years in Business, Finance, real estate Development and Construction.

Utilizing innovative financial structures, Management is able to obtain higher profits in Real Estate investments and reduce risk. The Team analysis' 20 to 50 Real Estate development opportunities per month to select the highest profit and most secure projects.

Listed below is background information of the management team:

JACK SCERCA - President

Having traveled nearly one million collective air miles, Mr. Scerca has over 35 years of experience in project development, finance, and construction. He is responsible for the construction of over 1,027 concrete homes in West Africa and is recognized for the construction of the West Wing spill dam across one quarter mile of the Delaware River, between New Hope, PA and Lambertville, NJ. His expertise has been employed as advisor by foreign governments, multi-national corporations and members of royal families. Mr. Scerca majored in Business Administration at Pennsylvania Military Collage and finished at Widener University prior to founding Gulf Construction Company, Inc., in 1970. Today he is recognized for project development, international/domestic finance, and innovative construction.

GENE MEHMEL - V.P. of Operations

Mr. Mehmel is responsible for conducting the due diligence of the physical aspects of properties during the acquisition process. He is also responsible for the management of all development and on-site maintenance managers. Mr. Mehmel is a highly-sought professional legal witness for his expertise as a forensic construction analyst, public adjuster, and home inspector. Mr. Mehmel has prevailed in all 26 cases in which he was an expert witness. He has made guest TV appearances and lectured on various occasions. He has also served on the board of a 500 member Real Estate Investment club located in Southern New Jersey. For the past 21 years he has owned and operated a contracting company that specializes in major structural repair. Mr. Mehmel is a 14-year veteran of the US Army, and was a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division and 11th Special Forces Group. He gained his Electro-Mechanical Engineering degree while in the service of his country. He also serves as a board member of Stratford Classical Christian Academy and is a Trustee at his Church. He is married with 3 children.

PETER LO - V.P. of Finance

Peter Lo brings over twenty (20) years of experience encompassing sales management, project management, business development, financing, budgeting and asset management. His background as an investor-developer advisors brings extensive experience in project lifecycle management. Mr. Lo's time is focused primarily in analyzing project feasibility, managing project performances, negotiating contracts, reviewing project timelines and cost analysis and well as overseeing overall project financial performance. He is also instrumental in dealing with projects' initial management processes including regulatory procedures, compliance with local and federal laws and ensuring project quality and delivery. From 1996 to present, Mr. Lo served as the branch manager of a national mortgage financing company. In addition to his duties in strategic planning and agency growth, he coordinated project financing and development with contractors, investors and developers nationwide. Lo has also been an educator and frequent speaker to various investment groups over the years assisting investors on assessing viable and profitable investments. Mr. Lo graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelors of Science degree.

MUSA IBRAHIM, Ph.D. - Board of Advisor (International Market Development)

Mr. Ibrahim graduated from Beirut Arab University in 1970 with a Bachelor's degree in Economic and Political Sciences. In 1981, he graduated from University of Dallas with an MBA degree in International Finance. He has completed 80 feasibility studies and research for various international and domestic businesses. Mr. Ibrahim has held positions as financial manager, general manager, consultant, bank advisor and project developer in a variety of fields in the Middle East, Far East and the USA. A highly respected in international business financial, Mr. Ibrahim brings expedient, discreet, professional resolutions of project issues to TerraNova.

BRIGHT WRIGHT - Board of Advisors (Construction and Project Management)

Brian's experience encompases over 20 years of heavy construction as an Ironworker, connector, foreman and project management. Due to a construction accident, he retire from the fields to spend his time in management and real estate investing. He attended the American Real Estate Investment Institute, in Cherry Hill and is a member of a member of the South Jersey Investors Group. An advid reader and thirsty for knowledge, he is constantly attending seminars and is self-taught in the school of hard knocks in real estate investing. Mr. Wright specializes in seeking out the hard to find deals and project managing them to fruition.

ROBERT C. FARMER, JR., - Board of Advisor (Urban Development and Structured Financing)

Mr. Farmer oversees the new business development, capital procurement, and community sector/public sector support formulation. Mr. Farmer held various management positions during an 11- year career in community economic development and commercial banking. He has amassed considerable construction financing experience for all stages of projects. In his prior work experience with First Union National Bank as Sales Manager, he oversaw the entire Community Development Finance sales force for the states of Pennsylvania and Delaware. Prior to joining First Union, Mr. Farmer was the Executive Director of North Philadelphia Financial Partnership, a $10 million Community Development Financial Institution that funded commercial projects within Philadelphia's North Central Empowerment Zone. Mr. Farmer's expertise in Community Economic Development has been recognized by such organizations as the Pennsylvania Department of Community Economic Development, to which he was appointed by Former Governor Tom Ridge to serve on the Community Development Bank's Operating Committee in the City of Philadelphia, which Mr. Farmer is a 1989 graduate from the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics, concentrating in Finance.

MING LO, MBA- Board of Advisor (Real Estate and Corporate Analysis)

Soon after his graduation from Harvard University in 1996, with a major in International Business, Ming Lo continued his education at the Institute De Hautes Etudes Internationles in Geneva, Switzerland. Thereafter, he joined Goldman, Sachs & Co. in Real Estate and Asset Finance Departments. In this position, he executed the sales and financing of major real estate properties, dealing with structured debt, deal execution, and the management of clients counsel and investors. In 1990, he traveled to Taiwan to work with Chinavest/Taiwanvest Management Corporation, a $90 million Grater China mezzanine finance fund that evaluated and financed investment opportunities worldwide. After receiving his MBA and MA from Stanford University, in 1990, he worked as a consultant to major Fortune 500 companies with McKinsey & Company. There he analyzed market transformation, market dynamics and strategic planning for his clients. He is also active in producing.

KIM YEUNG LING, CPA - Board of Advisor (Taxes and Accounting)

Kim Ling is one of the most well respected Chinese certified accountants in Delaware Valley. His clientele cover Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Obtaining his certification in 1985, he has owned and operated his own firm, Kim Yeung Ling, P.C. since that time. Currently he oversees the operations of a seven person full time accounting practice in addition to developing real estate projects. Mr. Ling currently has four large real estate development projects in Philadelphia and one in Orlando underway.
