Categories
- Cash Flow - Here, we focus on projects and properties that can generate cash flow within 1-3 months.
- Development - Our preference is for entitled projects. Un-approved lots will be reviewed on a selective basis.
- Flips - These include projects that we can turn over quickly (within 1-6 months) and make a profit.
Property Type
- Retail Centers. Preferably with food, bank or drug anchors. Big box and free standing on a case-by-case basis. We will look at single credit tenant units.
- Office Buildings. Downtown and suburban locations.
- Multi-family / Apartments. Our preference are for grades B and A complexes. Existing affordable housing projects will be reviewed on a selective basis.
- Medical Office. On or off campus adjoining major medical centers.
- Student Housing. On or off campus.
- Self-storage facilities.
- 1 - 4 unit residential properties.
- Mobile Home Parks. - Preference is for Grade A & B parks with majority of non-parked owned units.
- Lease Options. In certain foreclosure prevention situations.
- Condo conversion.
- Housing Communities. - Preference is for approved projects. Un-approved lots on a selective basis. Luxury units on a case-by-case basis. Water view/frontage and marina are desirable.
- Senior Housing
- Affordable Housing
- High- and mid- rise Condos
- Retail malls
