Bottom-up analysis
The partners conduct a bottom-up analysis by examining the underlying properties in order to create a discounted cash flow model. Because the properties already have an operating history, TerraNova is able to develop models based on past performance and our own forecasts. In addition, our analysis and underwriting processes includes a thorough review of market, legal and financial documents and may involve onsite visits to inspect specific properties
Investment Size
TerraNova looks to acquire individual assets or portfolios which range up to $20 million. Assets in the $20 million to $100 million range will be considered on a selective basis. Out goal is to create good returns prudently for our Partners.
